Dr. Sam Arthur is the executive chairman of Dynamic Impressions, an entrepreneurship, Career, and Leadership Organization based in Accra, Ghana.
Sam lectures part-time in entrepreneurship and strategic planning and serves as a motivational speaker and leadership consultant. A youth development practitioner, an author, a training consultant, an entrepreneur, and Pastor.
He is an experienced professional with a versatile range of qualifications and well vest in all personal skills. His passion, expertise and experience are in organizational/business start and management of growth and expansion, youth development, strategic and transformative leadership development, entrepreneurial skill development, coaching, skills development and attitudinal change.
He has over 17 years’ experience in practical implementation of youth development and business start-up modules, consulting to several private institutions. He also has a background in film/literature writing, producing and directing.
He has played an advisory role to a number of organizations.
Sam is married to Rosemond, with whom he has three children.
He has authored four books; The drive for achieving success, Minister with Anointing, Communion with God, and a French grammar book. He has a tremendous track record in video/literature productions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology (New Covenant theological institute), Diploma in Aviation studies (Embry-Riddle college of aviation), Diploma in Film making (Ghallywood Academy), Advanced diploma in leadership (Haggai Institute).
Sam is the succeeding president of the institute of Spiritual warfare, evangelism and missions (ISWEM).

Sam has participated in several national and international conferences, seminars and workshops either as a facilitator, presenter, lead discussant, chairman or a participant. He served as small and medium scale business consultant at the National Youth Authority (Ashanti Regional Secretariat) in 2005.
He is the general overseer of the Rhemafields Chapel in Accra, Ghana.
