Our research has shown that majority of private school teachers from nursery, through basic to junior schools in Ghana do not have professional and formal teacher trainee education.
As part of our ALEI Schools Missions Project to equip private school teachers who are without professional and formal teacher trainee education in Ghana, we have organized series of training programme through our Alei Educational Workshop for teachers at Litben Academy at Aboabo Kesse near Daaban in the Kumasi Metropolis.
The Vice President of African Liberators Economic Institute and Educational Policy Expert and Research Analyst Mr. Daniel Oppong Amando took the beneficiaries through series of training courses such as teacher and pupils relations in classroom , preparations of teaching notes among others to enhance the capacity of the teachers in the school so as improve their teaching skills.
