Key findings include a 57% prevalence of waterborne diseases among children in mining zones, 40% decline in crop yield in climate-stressed northern communities, and 24% increased school dropout rates among girls post-flooding. Urgent actions—including gender-responsive adaptation finance, ecosystem restoration, and community-led resilience programs—are imperative to avert a deepening crisis.
