ALEI SCHOOLS MISSIONS PROJECT

The African Liberators Economic Institute, ALEI, Schools Missions  project seeks to bridge the gap between the rural communities and urban or cities in Ghana by identifying and raising funds to provide   educational infrastructural  facilities and material challenges facing those poor communities and hinterlands , which is hampering quality education in those rural communities in the country. The project also focuses on assisting and catalyzing improved numeracy and literacy education among school children in rural areas by sending volunteers to those areas to organize free in service training to teachers in both public and private schools across the country.

We believe there are poor resourced schools in urban centres, both private and public in the country and our schools missions will not leave them out in terms of provisions of educational materials. Our research has shown that majority of private school teachers from nursery, through basic to junior schools in the country do not have formal teacher trainee education and our schools missions has designed free training outreach programs in the areas of lesson notes, teaching and learning notes preparation and other professional training for such teachers across the country to help improve quality education in Ghana.

The ALEI Schools Missions as well creates avenue for creation of sustainable jobs for women and youth in those poor communities in Ghana to create wealth for themselves, especially to generate sustainable income to finance their children’s education to help engender meaningful livelihoods for themselves.
